Ooh! I really like your setup. Did you purchase the ledges/shelves or did you make them? I want some of my own.

Thank you very much!

No, actually my father bulid these for me.
He´s really good at this and he also recently bulid a similar gallery for my bedroom.
This one here, was originally ment as a gallery for my framed paintings, but when I started to do these Cross Stitch works, I put them up this shelf, because I haven´t had enough space for them.  :XD:

I am so amazed by your work!! You have the patience of a saint to do all those stitches. I tried cross-stitching once but I think I'm developing carpal tunnel on my dominant hand and it hurt so bad to hold the needle. Even embroidering simple things hurt lately, and I'm only 27 TT_TT

I´m sorry to read that, about your hand. :( Carpal tunnel is actually something, I´m always afraid of. I know how bad this can be, because it sort of runs in my family

Thank you very much, for your nice words!:heart:

Thanks!
My gallery looks a little different now, since I placed some other Cross Stitched works there. Connor/Ratonhnhaké:ton for example has his own row and everytime I look up, I get REALLY distracted by these pics :XD:
I actually love my gallery very much and yes, that sounds totally smug sorry, bút if I wouldn´t like my own works, why would I do them in the first place? It´s also a source of motivation for me, especially when I work on pictures which take me like forever. I just have to look up and I see, what I´ll gain in the end. And on top of that, I have my OC´s hanging under my gallery fav.me/d57x4o7 which is so damn cool in my book :giggle:

You're welcome! :D Ohhh that's right, you have some new cross stitch works now :giggle: (I'll call him Conner because it's easier to spell :XD:) so which row does Conner have? If I ever got you a present for your birthday(such as if you lived next door, or a teeeeny bit closer) I now know what you like :giggle: Oh, don't worry abou sounding smug, I love my own works I do as well. Like you say, you wouldn't do them if you didn't love them! And you doing cross stitching is so much more different from, say, me drawing a picture. I feel like so much more patience is required to do what you do, and you don't see as many people doing it. And I must say, having those picures of your OC's hanging there is pretty damn awesome :D They are all so beautiful! Gosh, I'd love to be able to commish people to draw my OC's someday, just for the fun of it!

Haha, many spell Connor as Conner, even I made that mistake a few times :XD: I think, you pronounce Conner, as you would pronounce Connor, no?
So, ConnOr got the bottom row, in my gallery, all for himself. I would actually love, to put his pictures on my working desks, but my little Tigers love to play with everything new and so, I bet Connor would lie more, than standing :XD:

I´m lucky, that I sometimes can commish some artists with my OC´s. They are my babies (my OC´s not the artists :XD:) and it´s great to have them around. And I think it´s cute, when my mother comes into my room and asks me ,,who´s that again"? ,,which role does he/she has", and so on :giggle: She thinks it´s pretty amazing, that I´m working on a story and she´s sure that one day, I´ll release a book, although I´m not planning to do that for real :D

Oh, whoops, I didn't even realize I spelt his shorter name wrong  And yes, they're both pronounced the same (unless I am highly mistaken, which I don't think I am :XD:) Oh, the row closest to your eyes when you sit at your desk? :D It would be hard to appreciate the view of him if he was lying down, so it's probably a good thing you have them hanging up. I love that setup by the way, it would be a lot of fun to do that in my room with my own art. Aww, it would be cool if you did write out your story though; the bits I see and hear of it sounds very interesting (I just love Gouka's concept  and I love your mom too, both of you are people I'd like to meet :XD:) I love writing a story and drawing up the characters for it myself; lately I've gotten my mom and a few others to read some of what I've written so far, and it's nice to see how much my mom enjoys it especially :giggle: Just a couple nights ago when we were all eating dinner, she started talking about my book, a conversation that lasted the whole time we ate. I've never been able to talk about my novels like that before with someone else (this is the first book I'm going to finish) so it was a lot of fun, kind of exciting, and also really nice
